We aim to ship your order within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping costs will be added at checkout. Any orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Please note that while we strive for quick delivery, delays beyond our control (like customs or weather) may occur. Once your package is delivered, it’s all yours!

 

International Shipping
If you’re ordering from outside of Australia, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These are your responsibility as the buyer. We recommend checking your local regulations, as we cannot be held accountable for any legal or customs issues.

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return something, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are free within Australia via Australia Post. Just ensure:

 

• The item is unworn, undamaged, and has all original tags attached.
• It’s in the same condition as when you received it (no stains, marks, or odors).
• The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• The item was not bought on sale.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

 

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. If you send back any unauthorized sale items, they’ll be returned to you.
